Mitchell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Management and Environmental
Technologies (MET), Inc., is the former Secretary of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, Department of State. Dr. Mitchell has a Doctorate
degree in Public Administration and a Masters degree in Urban Affairs
and Planning. Her experience includes serving as Deputy Secretary for
Policy Planning, Administration and Programs for the Pennsylvania Department
of Commerce; Special Assistant to the Governor in Small Business and Community
Development; and Executive Director of the Community Economic Revitalization
