CONSTRUCTION and
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
- In consultation with a Public Housing
Authority (PHA) and the broader community, develop a HOPE VI Revitalization
Plan, for approval by the Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),
which addresses the goals and objectives in the HOPE VI application
and results in a viable and sustainable community, which attracts a
broad mix of incomes to the Redevelopment Area.
- Provide the necessary staffing, expertise,
and supervision required to fully and expeditiously implement all aspects
of program management services as required by the contract.
- Identify a project manager who will
coordinate, supervise and facilitate all aspects of services, and be
fully accountable to the Public Housing Authority to ensure that the
goals and objectives of the Revitalization Plan and all budget and schedule
requirements are being met.
