Served as volunteer president and lead development person of a small team of professional and grassroots senior citizens local and national communities.  The objective of the team was to assist with the restructuring of the Tree of Concern International Foundation from a 501(c)(3) to a private foundation. The results of the process is a product that is being marketed to seed fund programs and being used to promote the residential needs of a female senior citizen market niche who live alone and in need of various supports to remain in familiar communities and preserve existing lifestyles.  Through her leadership the "Community Investment Blanket" was created, trademarked, test marketed, and its custom designs are being used by religious, political, financial institutions, and not-for-profit groups locally and nationally.

Developed a program designed to train, team, and craft a "Custom Home Partnership" for senior females who live alone and to encourage life enhancement activities.

Local not-for-profit economic development organization focusing on training innkeepers, expanding, promoting, and growing neighborhood bed and breakfast (B&B) inns and home stays. Service specialties are technical assistant and training on suitable B&B property identification and acquisition, neighborhood analysis, credit repair, business plan development, marketing, financial referral, and social service solutions for interested families and individuals that have the interest and potential to become B&B owners/innkeepers.
